The Final O Show

Did you see it? The last Oprah show ever!

Oprah delivered a homily worthy of her 25 years of influencing and wisdom building.  It was moving to say the least and inspiring, with life altering qualities, to say the most.

Her humble beginnings inspire us all to grow past our fears and excuses. She brought it home to those of us listening that our platform for making a difference is right here; in our community, our work place, our home.

You Are A Unique Gift to the World

Each one of us has a unique quality, a special gift, a particular way of expressing that has the ability to serve, heal, support and transform. You don’t need to have an online presence to do it. It’s not necessary to be a big name influencer to make a difference. Start where you are. Start here and start now.

Going back to basics is what I shared in my last blog entry. Going back to basics means living simply, practicing peace, placing joy and kindness first. And being kind to yourself when you forget to be patient and peaceful. Tuning into your core values and affirming that you are enough now. Nothing more needs to be added to you.

Oprah has been described as a force of nature. I, and many others would concur. Her mission is big, her impact has been huge. It will continue to influence many others, there’s no doubt about that. I gently encourage you to ask yourself “Am I living my life on purpose?”

You Are Enough Just Because

Are you living by your rules or someone else’s? Do you take what’s handed to you, or do you choose to feel fine on purpose? Are you living from the default setting of: “I’m not good enough. I can’t do that?” The pull for mass unconscious thinking is powerful. Choose. You must choose. Not choosing is still a choice. We must choose it every day.

I was moved and inspired by the final O show, were you? I was moved to be kinder to me, to allow myself to be worthy exactly as I am. To take care of inner child when she’s scared and to remind me (and her) that we’re not alone. I was moved to play bigger, give more of me by sharing my truth with those who want it. I know that when I share in this way I energetically grant permission to others to do the same.

Do You Hear that Still Small Voice?

Lastly, and most importantly for me, Oprah shared about how important listening in to the Voice for Love, God, Source, Divine Intelligence. Asking and listening and knowing that our Divine connection is nearer than our breath. We only need remember and remember again and again that we are supported and known by Infinite Love. Our desires matter and we truly shape our lives by the thoughts and feelings we have every day.

The power has always been with you. You never left the heart of God. Choose to wake up to a happier dream by deliberately choosing thoughts and feelings that support your bigger vision, embrace your true gifts of the miracle that you are.

I’d love to hear what you got from Oprah’s last show. Please leave your comments. It’s your chance to share and shine!

Sending you Many Blessings.
